Peace & Calming to the Rescue!

There is NO way that I can thank God enough for the gift of Young Living Essential Oils!  The help  the oils have given my family is immeasurable!  I am a better mom because of them!

Today, my little man was having a full fledged FREAKOUT!  He very much wanted to listen to "Let it Go" from the Movie Frozen on my iPad.  Sorry, Little just can not do that all day.  He was screaming so hard and loud that he was covering his own ears!

Everyone, including me, was going crazy.

Then I remembered the Bedtime Cream I use every night on my youngest kids.  It's not bedtime but I needed to do something and it's already diluted with coconut oil to help the oils cover a larger area.  When I use this concoction on my littles at night, its just minutes until they fall asleep instead of an hour.  They like the individual attention from me, too, I'm sure.

Using a spoon, I pulled out about 1/2 a teaspoon of the cream and started gently rubbing it on his back.  It melted quickly and was very smooth and easy to rub in, even in his distraught state.  Within a minute he was quieter and when I stopped, he asked for more Bedtime Cream.  I used another 1/4 teaspoon and two minutes later he was completely done crying and had started eating his lunch.

Amazing!  He never just STOPS.  He is very strong willed!  I didn't need to "give in," nor did I need to "break" his will.  I was able to help him get control of himself!

I was able to help him to be him!  That feels so very right.

Bedtime Cream

1/2 cup of coconut oil
12-16 drops of Peace & Calming Essential Oil from Young Living
8 drops of Lavender Essential Oil from Young Living

If your coconut oil is hard, use a double boiler type of set up to warm it just enough to stir it.  No need to get it hot...just raise the temp three or four degrees.  Add the Essential Oils to the coconut oil and mix it together very well.

I keep mine in the fridge because my house runs warm in the spring and summer months.

From total freakout to this!

I hope that you will try this Bedtime Cream and let me know how it helps you and your family.  It is truly amazing how it works for my littles...and all of us.  If you want to purchase these oils for yourself and have them delivered to your door, go the the Young Living Essential Oils page, using my distributor number 2807411, and order these oils and any others that you'd like.  You can even become a distributor yourself with no sign up fees but then you can get 24% off all of your purchases.  For more info, look at my Essential Oil Page.

Please remember that I am not a doctor and can not diagnose anything.  Alway consult your doctor.

In the Begining...Resistance

Star Date 20150522*

Personal Log

The beginning has begun.  Checking for resistant feelings and thought patterns.  Finding a plethora.  I am not captive to my thoughts and feeling.  I will do what has been decided for the betterment of my future self.

End Log

I am quite a fickle thing if left to myself.  My emotions and the way I feel, what I want to do in the moment, tend to dictate my actions but that leads to bad decisions and many Super Mistakes.

What I need isn't rules so much as guide lines.  Rules are made to be broken, right?  Even the ones I make for myself.  lol  Also, I'm not good with restriction.  Makes me WANT that THING I'm not suppose to have even more!  If I say no more sugar, betcha I'll be eating chocolate bars for lunch!  AND supper!

So instead of rules and restrictions I'll give myself some a guide.   Thinking now so I can just do it later because pizza is quick and easy and everyone will eat it but...we need Vegetables.  And just so you know, we had pizza for supper.  No salad.

On to the

Guide for the Journey to Health!

* Read my bible every day.  Pick a spot and start.
* Memorize one verse a week.  Doesn't matter which ones.  I'm going to start with Proverbs 1:1.  My goal is to memorize all of the book of Proverbs.  Cause I can.
* Take time to relax and reflect on life lessons I'm working through.
* Take time for me.  Pamper and take care of ME.  Hot baths, reading, relaxing, Minecraft.
* Keep my home tidy.  This doesn't sound "spiritual" but I can't relax if the house is cluttered.  Turning out the lights help but the dark can't hide the truth...Clutter Monsters live in my kitchen!!  And living room.  And bedroom.  Eek!
Take time to be with my family!  Highly spiritual!  Connecting and loving and living and growing with each other.  Love it!

* Relax!  It's okay if the laundry isn't folded.
*Diffuse Peppermint or Citrus Fresh...Lemon or Orange Young Living Essential Oils to increase concentration and alertness.
* Read for pleasure!  Imagine that!  I don't have to be a better person or have learnt a new skill after I'm done a book!  I could read Science Fiction Fantasy!  Yeah for Dragons!!
* Read for knowledge!  I can learn a new skill!  I can learn something I didn't know before!  I love the power of words!
* Not my circus, not my monkey.

I have enough of my own crazy...don't need anyone else's.

* Move more!  However I can...move!  I'm blessed to have a treadmill.  Now if I would use it!  Stretching is the best thing ever...after foam rolling.  I love running!!  Just need to do it.  And I love love love to lift heavy!

* Drink more water!!  I'm not saying float around but drinking water before I'm crazy thirsty, or simply crazy, would be a great idea.  Add the same Young Living Essential Oils,  Peppermint or Citrus Fresh...Lemon or Orange to flavour the water and entice me to drink more.  Grapefruit is said to help break down fat.  Plus it's so yummy!  Always drink citrus oils using a "glass" glass because the Essential Oils will pull the petrochemicals out of plastics.  Good news is that they may also pull those same chemicals out of your body when ingesting them!
* SLEEP!  Something I always take for granted.  Must sleep more.  I'm sure all the zombie moves get their female (and sometimes male, because I'm an equal opportunity, sleep deprivation kind of gal) "zombies" from school drop offs, indoor playgrounds and all night grocery stores.

My dream is that I could get to bed every night by 10:00.  Read a bit then go to sleep.  Well, I have teenagers!  They are always coming upstairs for one thing or another.  Just when I think I can relax, here comes another teen.  Drinking milk. I need milk.  All night I come!  Then, when I'm finally asleep, I wake up to the three year old throwing his feet on my chest like he's stomping a velociraptor to death!  (When did he come to my bed?)  I'm too tired to put him back to bed.  I just pray he would be still long enough for me to go back to sleep.  Almost long enough, my boy...almost.  Shall we try again?  Then the cat wants out.  Kick and kick.  That's not my finger up my nose.  Kick kick.  Cat wants back in...but not really.  He's just wants to know I love him.  Kick.  Nope...he wants in after all...and he wants pets.  That's all before 2:00 am.
Sleep is so important.  Health suffers immeasurably without enough sleep.  Not to mention my ability to laugh and have fun suffers...and that is just not any amount of awesome.  I need great sleep for the little I get.  Fortunately, I am a great sleeper!  Two minutes tops from the moment my head hits the pillow until I'm asleep.  It's wonderful!
*Fresh air!  I need to get outside everyday and breathe the air.  Something about outside air is so invigorating and stimulating.  It wakes me up in the morning and helps my kids sleep at night.  What a wonderful blessing it is and it's free!
* Food.  Not just any food but great tasting Nourishing food!  Not too much, not too little.  (Maybe a little, littler than I'm use to having.)  Food from not so many boxes.  More fresh veggies.  More Fermented.  More slowness.  Taking time.  Time to nourish my family.  Time to teach my children to pause and smell and taste and create.  Food is the art.  Time is the canvas.
And after all of that...there is NO WAY I'm going to do all of that!!  Not tonight.  Not with the day I've had.  Not with the busy life I lead.
But instead of doing all of it...what if I choose one of these things to do.  Just one.  I can do one tonight.  Not cleaning the house but I can read my bible.  Then maybe I'll do another.  And tomorrow night, I can read my bible again.  Once I've read my bible a few nights in a row, maybe I'll add another of these ideas. Might even fold some clothes.
I'm an all or nothing girl!  But maybe I don't have to be all or nothing about everything.  Maybe I can chill out a smidge.  A bit of moderation in my Journey to my life.  Figure out what is most important to me and do those things.  Maybe I don't need to be everything, do everything.

* made up my own star date system because the math hurt because...sleep.

Birthday Love

Today my oldest is on his first Driver Training "driving" lesson.  He has completed his "in class" classes and has six driving classes before he is finished.

Tomorrow is his 17th birthday!  How did that happen?  I remember him before he was born moving around inside of me.  Now he's taller than me, eats like there is no tomorrow and lights up a room with his smile.

He's writing a book.  Has a great work ethic, always going above and beyond what is asked of him.  He loves Jesus with all of his heart.  His siblings adore him...for the most part.  The littles go to him for comfort...sometimes, even when I'm there.  He never asks for anything, except "What's for supper?" and he is very handsome!

What do we do for a 17th birthday for this wonderful boy?  No...really!  What do we do?  I haven't a clue!  He's cool with "whatever" but I want it to be special!  I don't even know what to get him for a gift.  He doesn't want anything really.  "A t-shirt," he says.  What a guy!

Don't tell him but the hubby and I were talking this morning and we are going to take the kids to either The Royal Tyrrell Museum or Jurassic Forest.  I'm leaning towards the museum because with the size of my family it will cost half the price.   Plus, our youngest is three.  He loves Dinosaurs but his imagination and temperament is such that I am unsure as to how he would react to moving dinos!  He will either love it or totally freak out!  My money is on the freak out.

He wants Chicken Korma for supper on his birthday but we will be out too late.  I guess I'll make it for supper tonight...maybe.  It might give away the surprise of the trip.  I'll figure something out.
And cake!  I need to make a cake!  Chocolate!  And ice cream and candles because even though he's 17 who doesn't like birthday treats!

And So it Begins

Today I begin a new and old journey.  Since my daughter was born, over five years ago, I haven't felt right.  I know that I'm getting older but this isn't how I want to feel.  My plan is to be "here" for a long, long time but I want to be able to run and play and think and read the whole time I'm alive!

This isn't about weight loss...although that is part of it.  It's more than that.  I want Super Health.  Physical, Emotional, Spiritual.  The whole Enchilada!

Although my Super Mom cape is still in pristine shape, always will be because I've got Super Kids, I'm not jumping as high or with as much vigor as I use to.  Lots of the time I'm content to walk around the building instead of jumping over in a single bound.  My Super Brain is lost in the fog that drifts and floats where the breeze of my thoughts take it.  I can hear Super Brain, it just takes more effort to find the direction it is coming from.  My Super Energy has left.  I'm sure it's hanging out in the bottom of coffee can because a bit of my remembered power rubs off on the coffee and comes through when I perk them.

On the bright side, my Super Sleep is as awesome as ever!  My constant companion.  Always, by my side.  Morning, noon and night.  Always Super Sleep is exerting's powerful self.  I still have Super Attention, as well.  Unfortunately, Super Attention has drifted to things that don't need my attention, like Facebook, Pinterest and Netflix, and away from Meal Planning and Reading and Fun/Life, God.

I have started this journey before but I won't start it again!  The secret is to not stop.  Imagine something so simple as that.  We never stop.  Our journey to health is part of a larger we only finish when we are on the other side of the turf...when we come face to face with our Creator!  (But then is when Journey really begins!!)

This isn't going to be perfect.  Mistakes are going to happen.  Many many mistakes.  I may even have Super Mistake power.  But quit?  No.  Keep going.  No stopping.  Learning and moving and reading and singing and laughing and drawing and playing and loving and snuggling and eating and living and crocheting and Minecraft and dancing.

So let us Journey together.  Journey to health.  To Super Health!  Our Super Health with carry us on to whatever we have been Created to do and will aid us in accomplishing the monumental task of Living the glorious gift of being alive.

I hate going around when I'm meant to go over.

Pain Relief with Essential Oils

Something we all have in common?  Pain.  Everyone has had pain.

In this instance, I'm not talking about heart ache or emotional health.  I'm talking physical pain.  It can make us miserable and make us miserable to be around.  It can be hard to see the good in the world when we are viewing the world, and our circumstances, through a veil of pain.

Headaches, for us, are the worst.  One of my sons gets the most horrible, debilitating headaches, the kind that hurt so bad he gets sick.  Ibprophen and Tylenol don't touch his pain.  I've taken him to the doctor, who then tells me that my son gets headaches.  I've taken him to the physiotherapist, where he get a bit of relief, but not really.

Three weeks ago, one of my friends came over for coffee.  She started talking to me about Young Living Essential Oils.  She had been to an informational meeting the night before and had received a gift, a take-away.  It was labelled "Pain Cream."

At the time I was having a bad day with my Plantar Fasciitis.  My feet hurt all the time.  I limp every time I stand after sitting for a bit.  I can barely stand when I wake up in the morning.  Mine comes from very tight calves, hamstrings and glutes.  In fact, I've had acupuncture on my calves and the needles where bending as he was trying to get them in the correct spots!

I've been "crunchy" most of my life.  Love cooking from scratch, walking barefoot, Making kombucha and fermenting veggies!  But essential oils?  Really?  How could essential oils of plants help?  Not to mention, I've read a little about them and how you must be so careful to use them correctly.  Like I have time to do the research!

I nodded and smiled, being supportive of my friend.  But when she offered that I could try this "Pain Away Cream"... How supportive could I be?  I didn't want to buy into anything false.  No Woo for me, please!  But then again, I'd sure like some relief from the pain.

Why not try it!  I wasn't expecting much but you only live once!  I smoothed the cream on the calf muscles on my right leg while we chatted.  Three minutes later...WHAT?  I stopped our conversation cold!  The pain in my foot was GONE!  I couldn't believe it!

I called over my son, who was in the middle of a severe headache.  Maybe, I thought, maybe he could have some relief.  I smoothed a small amount of the pain cream on his neck and shoulders.  His bodies reaction told me everything I needed to know!  He breathed a sigh of relief and took a deep relaxing breath.

"Mom," he said, "that feels so much better!"

SOLD!  If I can help him, and me, with our pain so easily, after so long and trying everything...that's a big YES!

(We use our oils so often, we are wearing the labels off!)

So the recipe found on Pinterest.  It's called Pain Cream but my friend and I changed the name to Pain Away because that is what it does.

Pain Away Cream

* 1 cup raw unrefined Coconut Oil
* 10 drops Peppermint EO
* 10 drops Valor EO
* 10 drops PanAway EO

Using a hand mixer, whip the coconut oil until fluffy.  I whip it, then place it in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden up just a bit, then whip it some more.  I get a better whipped consistency.
Add in the drops of Essential Oils and whip a bit more.  Divide into three or more small containers.  Use out of one at a time, keeping the rest in the fridge until needed.  If your house is warm, you coconut oil will be more runny.  I always keep mine in the fridge and use a spoon to get a small amount whenever we need some.

I ended up giving most of mine away because why not help someone when you can!  Sometimes I add an extra drop or two of PanAway to my sons back, when he's in extreme pain, and I diffuse Peppermint in the house to help him to relax.

All of these Essential Oils I have been talking about are included in the Premium Starter Kit, which I tell you about in a minute!

Glimpses of...

1. Youngest playing with Bananagrams.  He loves letters!
2. Same boy...after bedtime but just back from the park!  I rubbed coconut oil with a drop of Peace and Calming into the bottom of each foot.  This is the result.
3. Making grilled cheese for lunch...and one PB&J.
4. Mmm, grilled cheese!!
5. Behind the door in our peaceful and de-cluttered school room.  I love clip boards!!
6. Lightening up in 2015.  Giving away or throwing away 2015 items this year.  You'd think it would be hard but not so much.  It's opening my eyes to see that we have SO MUCH that is just clutter.

Exodus of the Clutter Monster

I am unaware as to when this stuff entered my life.  It seems as though it is breeding in the dark corners of the children's rooms.  Maybe there is something to the idea of Monsters in the closets.  Their offspring are all the things that accumulate and pile.  Those things that don't have a specific place to live in my house but wonder around aimlessly, stopping to rest on top of my keys.

There are many people who live in my house.  Each person is accompanied by Stuff they cannot live without...and stuff they can.  All of this Stuff gives many places for the Clutter Monsters to hide and breed.  (Maybe they procreate by mitosis.  I like that thought better.)  For them to hide and multiplying by germs.

Oh, I have cleaned those piles!  How many times I have cleaned those piles, only to have them respawn (thank you Minecraft) somewhere else?  I believe I have found the secret to Taming the Clutter Monster Mitosis forever!

My lovely friend was over the other day for coffee.  (We seem to do that a bunch.)  During our musings on Life and Family and Stuff, we stumbled upon the idea that it isn't just about de-cluttering, but everything must have a place to belong.  The point of the matter is, you cannot have more stuff than you have homes for the stuff to live.  To put an even finer point on this matter, it also must be highly functional.  Easy to access and easy to put away.  I would even say that it must also be nice to look at...Pretty even.

Don't underestimate the power of Pretty!  I think it is a much overlooked aspect of Taming the Clutter Monster.  We don't want to mess with Pretty.  Pretty has a power over the Clutter Monsters that hasn't been studied, for lack of funding, but antidotal evidence points to a much lower mitosis frequency and sudden disappearances of the Clutter Monsters from the homes of those instituting the Pretty Protocol.

BTW, Pretty doesn't ask for much in return for kicking the Clutter Monsters out and keeping them out.  Only that you don't feed it TOO much, which sometimes causes the Pretty to mutate and become a Clutter Monster.  Also, Pretty works best if it can be seen, so keep Stuff away (and preferably in your vehicle...on the way to be donated.)

My friend and I, after much visiting and coffee as I mentioned, decided on a few points to keeping a home tidy and a haven for yourself and your family.  I expanded on them a little and came up with steps to de-clutter a room and invite Pretty to stay.

* one room at a time
* think about and decide what that rooms purpose is.  What function does it have?  What do you want to use the room for.
* have a clear and clean area to work in (I'll get to that in a minute.)
* de-clutter.  As FlyLady says, You can't organize clutter.
* divide your room into 9 areas.  Work in one area at a time.  Start furthest from the door and work your way to the door.
* take everything out of the room!  Everything.
* place your Stuff in the clean and clear area in boxes (or piles or both) labelled Put Away, Keep, Give Away (or Sell) and Throw Away.  Put Away is for the Stuff that is in this room, you want to keep it but it won't be Living in that room.  House plant soil does not belong in your bedroom.  You want to keep it, so it goes in the keep box.  DON'T PUT IT AWAY NOW!  You'll get distracted.  Which leads me to...
* don't get distracted.  The Clutter Monster is a clever Beast and will keep you from giving away things that you haven't even thought about in 3 years.  Just put it in the Give Away box and walk away.
*NOW...Grab that box, bag, pile of Stuff marked Give Away and get it in your vehicle.  Next time you are out make a very quick stop and donate it all. it right now if you want to.

Once the room is cleaned out of all the Stuff...walk around in there.  Feel that freedom!  Think about how you want the room to flow.  How you want to feel when you are in there.

Now...Part II

* bring on the vacuum...or broom...and mop.  Wash the built ins, the walls, the shelves, the floor, the doors.  Make that room shine!  Pretty wants to live there!  Have you tried Thieves Household Cleaner?
* arrange the furnishings to facilitate the function and flow that you desire the room to have.  Less is better!!  Look at the walls.  Aren't they Pretty?  Pretty is already starting to make an appearance.  Don't cover Pretty up with Stuff.
* now would be a great time to diffuse a lovely essential oil.  An oil that makes you happy!  Joy or Purification would be lovely.
* start bringing your lovely and useful for the function and flow of the room back in.  Put the item in its New Home.  Does Pretty like where you've put that item?  Yes?  Wonderful.  No?  Better find another place for it.  Maybe even in that box in your vehicle.
* you might need to become brutal with yourself.  It a hard fact.  You still have stuff in your Keep and your Put Away boxes that you don't need or even want.  You just think you do.  It might be time to even give away those lovely (still) fake plants that are perfectly fine.  Or the material you were going to sew into throw pillow covers for the couch, three years ago.  These things are not "you" anymore.  WE CHANGE.  It's OKAY.  Give it Away.  It's freedom!
* keep working.  Keep going.  Don't stop.  Your almost done!  Everything in that room MUST have a home.  One that is easy access and easy to put away...for everyone who might want to use that item.
* is Pretty there?  Decorate.  Now take half of your decorations out.  That's about right.  Make fine adjustments.  Bit more, a bit less.  You and Pretty decide but remember less is so very much better.

Almost done!

* take out the trash.  Love it!  Feels so good!  The Clutter Monster is hiding in those bags!  Freedom!* take the last of the Give Aways out to your vehicle.  The Clutter Monster is hiding in that Stuff!  He's not happy.  Tread carefully.  He's calling to you about that old bike helmet.  The candle stick holder your friend gave you 15 years ago but you never liked it.  Ignore the Clutter Monsters taunts!!  Remember this is your life and your home!
* Put Away the Stuff in your Put Away pile box.  Think very hard about every item.  Do you really want to keep this item?  Does it have a home?  If no, take it out!!
* drive and donate.  Get rid of the Clutter Monster.  I recommend doing this the same day.  I know you are tired.  I know you don't want to.  Last thing.  Take it away and be free!
* well...this is the last thing.  Spend time in the room you just finished.  Feel the Pretty.  Feel the peace!

Well Done!

Now is the fun part!  Everyday, when the Clutter Monster starts eyeing up that room, look at that Stuff that is beginning to hide Pretty and make a decision...right then...put away, give away or throw away.  Don't become wishy washy with this part.  The Clutter Monster wants to come back.  He must not be given the a place to nest!  Deal with clutter daily and soon the Clutter Monster will learn that your home is not his home any more.

Now...repeat in another room.  But first, please, take some time to renew and refresh and enjoy the monumental task that you just accomplished!  Wow!  You are AWESOME!!  Fantastic work, my friend!!  Enjoy!  Soon, every room in your HOME will be Clutter Monster free!  Can you imagine?  I can't wait to move on to my next room.  It will be my very small and over stuffed and very dark basement store room.  You would think that I would do a more visible room next but I need a place to put my potting soil.  Our school room was first and is now filled with Pretty!  Okay, not quite done.  Still I have too much stuff in here but it is much nicer.  I had to kick three kids out of here so I could take the pictures.  Everyone wants to work in here!

One more thing.  All of this is made so much easier with a Great Friend to come along beside you for encouragement and to keep you motivated and on task.  It very hard and VERY emotional work but  worth each moment.  You might cry.  You might yell.  You will blame others.  (Like the Clutter Monster.)  A good friend is invaluable to the process.

This is all about Freedom.  Freedom to become, to evolve, to be who we are.  Don't let Stuff hold you to who you were.  Don't give Stuff power over you.  It is a yoke we do not need to bare.  We all have become slaves to our things. Too much time...and life...wasted on Stuff that does not matter.  Cleaning it.  Moving it around.  Thinking about where to put it next.  Pointless pointlessness.

We could be dancing!  Or drawing, painting, singing, playing with our children, gardening, worshipping Jesus, making love, having a picnic, swimming, counting the stars, calling our parents, playing Minecraft.

We could have Freedom!

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

Thieves Household Cleaner

We received our order of Thieves Household Cleaner and I am in AWE!

I mean...WOW!

Deluded 30 parts water to 1 part Thieves Household Cleaner in a spray bottle is what I'm using to replace my all purpose spray cleaner of water and vinegar.  Let me just say that the Thieves smells SO much nicer than vinegar!

First, I used it to clean off our table after lunch.  Spray and wipe spray and wipe.  Spray spray spray, wipe wipe wipe.  Everything wiped off easily and the table was clean.  I can't say that it worked better than vinegar, but again, it sure smelt wonderful!  A few minutes later, while drinking coffee with a friend at the table, I noticed how smooth and soft my table felt and it was so shiny!

Then tonight, my husband pulled the rug by the front door out.  I've been battling the tile and grout under that rug for years!   I've used just about every DIY cleaner I could find on Pinterest but with each recipe I would scrub and scrub but never feel like my effort was worth the minimal clean I got.  Many times I put a tile cleaner in the shopping cart but I just couldn't bring myself to buy it.  So tonight, I decided to try the Thieves Household Cleaner.

Yes, I scrubbed with a bristled brush.  Yes, it was a bit of work.  No, not nearly as much work as the other Green DIY cleaners I have used.  And YES...totally worth every minute!  This is the cleanest my grout has been in years!  (FYI, the grout is not white, it is tinted to a tan colour.)

Are you ready?

Isn't that beautiful!  Before on the right, after on the left!

I cannot believe how clean it is!  I kept thinking it must be a trick of the light or that I just was hoping it was so much cleaner...but here is the proof!  I found it worked best if I scrubbed a little, let it sit for a minute or so, scrubbed some more, then wiped it all up with a wet cloth.

Now, I'm using it on the tile in the shower.  Again, I needed to scrub with a brush but the result is amazing!  My plan is to leave a spray bottle in the shower with the same 30 to 1 dilution of Thieves Household Cleaner.  This will be sprayed on the walls of the shower after each shower.

Did I mention it smells wonderful?  :)

You can purchase Thieves Household Cleaner through Young Living Essential Oils as a customer at retail price, or better yet, become a distributor and get the distributor discount.  When you purchase the Premium Starter Kit, you will receive 10 essential oils, a diffuser, a roll on dispenser and some samples of other wonderful products Young Living has developed.  Also, if you are in Canada, being a distributor allows you access to all of the USA products.  Not to mention you get to tell others about how to improve their lives by using Essential Oils...or not!  There is no pressure to sell anything or tell anyone about Essential Oils (but they are so awesome, why would you want to keep them a secret!)  To keep your distributor status, you only need to purchase $50 worth of product a YEAR!!
